Exchanges & Refunds Policy
At Na'ali Skincare, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our skincare items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage during shipping.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process a refund or exchange for a damaged item, please send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging. Once we confirm the damage, we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or full refund.
No Returns or Exchanges for Other Reasons:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our skincare products unless they are damaged upon arrival.
